You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph86 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify ph86 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
ph86 is required to conduct identity verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide required documentation within the timeframe specified by ph86 may result in account restrictions.
Deposits to your ph86 account may be made via supported payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph86 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

ph86 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and service disruptions caused by factors outside ph86's control (including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory action) do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
ph86 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ph86 Privacy Policy.
